This is the current flag of Andorra. Andorra is a small catalan republic in the Pyrenees. They are not entirely autonomous they have connections to Spain and France. Their flag is inspired by those two countires colors. The legend says the country was created by Charlemagne and the andorran people got the country in return of their efforts against the moors.
