Description
The One Ring, from The Lord of the Rings series. Forged in the fires of Mt. Doom by the Dark Lord Sauron, the One Ring was the designed to be the Master Ring to control all others. It's malicious and has a devious mind of its own, corrupting anyone who comes in contact with it.

The inscription reads, "One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them,
One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them"

This inscription appears after the Ring has recently been placed in fire.
I had the idea for this while in the shower the other morning. Seriously took less than an hour for everything. Probably the quickest project that I've ever done. Ran about 1,600 polygons for the scene and ring. Made with Maya and Photoshop.
