Ah, the call of adventure. It drowns out all reason and logic until that final boss battle. After which we are left with wide, content smiles that slowly melt away as we all go 'Wait, wtf?".

Hahaha oh and that's not the last time Kaidan is going to try to flirt with Shepard. And pretty soon, James is going to flirt with her too. I think BOTH of them may be in for a long walk out of the short airlock.
And now that I think about it...there really isn't an inventory for looting, not since ME 1. But there is a looting system, of sorts. You find credits, medigel, and weapons lying around, and you change weapons on a weapon bench or in an armory.

Now it's scanning. You go about scanning stuff. Can't say anyone will accuse you of looting when you're just doing some harmless scanning.
