This is the comic version of the scene during the Mass Effect 3 Rannoch: Admiral Koris Mission. Basically Shepard commands James Vega to do the tech stuff even though he's not a techie. So James doing what he does best, kicks the terminal and problem solved...

Honestly, on my first playthrough, I never used Vega except for the Mars mission since it was forced by the game. But after so many playthroughs, I decided to take James and tag him along for missions and what do you know? this guy is a riot! Seriously, if you get to know him, he's really nice and funny (compared to Javik; evil and funny). James has some really good lines to say in the game and he has some of the funnies cutscenes.
