Yep yep. This character was seen next to Doctor Whooves in one of the episodes. And he has a constellation mark, linking him with outer space and stuff. The person who made that up had more reasons but I can't remember them. I just loved the thought of having a Captain Jack Harness pony. (and no that wasn't a typo on his name)
