Mi'ri'lil demanded being drawn! ^_^

I say this a lot, but she's one of my very oldest D&D characters, one of the first 5 that I ever made, I created her back in very early '93. (or was it late '92? Around there.)

And if you think that she looks like Phae'shalee, well she should, she's her mother. (Phae/Illiam'Ithra/Olorae/Talalara/etc are all 2nd generation characters).

She's always had this long, fluffy hair... but years ago I tried to do a re-design of her and just never came to like the newer design. She's always supposed to have had this cute, heart-shaped face with huge, expressive eyes (I guess today I would compare her face/build to a Ball Joint Doll). Her costume has always changed a little bit, but it nearly always had these long white gloves and either high boots or stockings. Usually she would wear this nearly bathing-suit like thing of white and lilac (sometimes made of peek-a-boo lace), but I've changed that out now for a short dress instead. I put in hints of her last re-design's dress into her current one.

Yup, I like this much better, it's like Old School Mi'ri'lil, this design makes me happy. <3

I've been digging around trying to find some of my 'really' old pics of Mi'ri'lil, I saw them about a year ago but can't seem to find them. When I do I'll scan them, put them in photobucket or do a collage showing her design changes over the many years I've played her.

When I started playing her in 2nd ed AD&D she was a multi-class cleric/mage who I played from lvl 3/3 to 18/18. @.@ She didn't translate well for 3.5 edition, so we put in the optional gesalt rule for her (taking two classes at once) with a hindrance of gaining half XP while being gesalt.
She's now a cleric/sorcerer, with the divine agent prestige class and saint template from Exalted. The character (back in January '98 as a birthday present to me) was made into a proxy for Eilistraee... with the power level that was given the Divine Agent prestige class and saint template suited her perfectly.

In the roleplay, her husband (who was an intelligent holy sword artifact that could take a human form) was turned to evil by Mi'ri'lil's sisters using a 'sheathe of opposite alignment'. Ricar (now calling himself Racir) helped her sister torture Mi'ri'lil to death (as they consummated their marriage on top of her). She kept being told that if she would renounce Eilistraee that they would stop the tortures, but after an un-known amount of time (it became a blur after the many hours dragged by) she was finally killed (I think that it was accidentally) and Eilistraee gave her soul the choice of continuing to serve her, or going on to the afterlife. She chose to keep serving and became a proxy. (They had a gem set up to 'trap the soul' so she wouldn't get any release.. but her familiar was able to escape and steal the gem to break it and free her trapped soul.)

Her former husband is still out there somewhere, evil beyond belief and far too powerful for any to handle. He raised an army and is conquering/destroying worlds through planescaping.

My husband loves running epic games, and can be very devious.. if you can't tell. O.o
