Yes, I finally settled on his design.

It's the bad guy from the story I'm working on called "Once Upon a Wednesday."

I had a hard time with him, because I wanted him to look "just so", and so I apologize for not uploading any images of him sooner.

Now, if you can't tell by the doodles, he's Darryn's evil uncle, who killed the boy's biological parents and tried to have him killed years ago. That's why he's observing how Darryn looks a lot like the late queen.

Blagden's evil, jealous, and cruel due to jealousy and hunger for power. So, of course, he gets enraged when he discovers that his nephew managed to survive.

Based him on a mix of Jafar from "Aladdin" and Scar from "The Lion King." This makes it fun, 'cause now I can picture Blagden singing "Be Prepared." [link]
