Everyone has very pale skin. I don't know what the canon on this is, but I thought it fitted their profile as mechanicus-obsessives to be very pale.

Well, technically more like Raven Guard, who are genetically all goths, whilst the self-harming obsessive-compulsive inferiority complex Iron Hands are genetically all emo. But it also works better with the contrast against the black armour, so I'm sticking with it!
