Here is my entry to the All Yesterdays contest ([link] ). Probably not the most spectacular, but anyway.It features a male Dilophosaurus wetherilli in display gear (the brightly coloured crest, the quills on the neck and the throat pouch). This individual has caught a fish, I was inspired by the notch in the upper jaw, similar to the one present in spinosaurs, who are also piscivores. The throat pouch is also not only used for display, but functions also similar to a pelicans one.
Also a little experiment at perspective.

I would use texturing from actual water and put it on the river, or make the river bottom and then add a semi-opaque blue covering over it.

I've considered Dilophosaurus piscivorous for a while now, I'm surprised it hasn't caught on. The notch in the upper jaw to me screams, "I snatch slippery fish!"

I like the idea of a fish-eating Dilophosaurus, and I'm surprised it hasn't already caught on. On the other hand, I've also heard that Dilophosaurus' teeth were more like saber teeth.

Well, I`m not sure about the teeth structure, but as I said, the jaw form seems really well adapted for gripping fish.
