I would use texturing from actual water and put it on the river, or make the river bottom and then add a semi-opaque blue covering over it.

I've considered Dilophosaurus piscivorous for a while now, I'm surprised it hasn't caught on. The notch in the upper jaw to me screams, "I snatch slippery fish!"

I like the idea of a fish-eating Dilophosaurus, and I'm surprised it hasn't already caught on. On the other hand, I've also heard that Dilophosaurus' teeth were more like saber teeth.

Well, I`m not sure about the teeth structure, but as I said, the jaw form seems really well adapted for gripping fish.
