Thank you very much! I actually made it from a white suit, and pink shirt I found at Goodwill. I took masking tape to make a stencil for the stripes, and then applied black fabric paint. The hair and make-up I did myself. ^^

my friend :iconB3etleuice: did something similar only she used black fabric from one of those phantom ghost costumes.

I may eventually do that myself cuz every Beetlejuice costume I've bought never lasts lol even the good quality ones >.<

Yes! I love your Beetlejuice cosplay! Yours and several others I've seen inspired me to make my own.
There is definitely something to be said for making your own costume. It really gives you this sense of achievement, and it makes you feel good to say "yes! I made this myself!"

Actually I went as a devil for Halloween. I made this costume to go see a shadow cast of "Repo: The Genetic Opera" but I intend to wear it for other things, too. I saw your Beetlejuice costume. It's really awesome! I love it. The mask is very well done. ^^

thank you and cool and wow. you made and sewed your beetlejuice costume. wow what a great job. i wish i could sew and make things look really good. i did try to make beetlejuice cartoon pink pajamas with the red beetles on it. the pants look ok but the top i could have done better. i messed up on making the collar around the neck. so all and all the beetlejuice cartoon pajamas look so-so.

Well, actually I didn't sew it myself. I miraculously found a white suit and pink top at Goodwill, and I just painted the stripes on. I do like to sew, though, and I've made a number of garments myself. I really want to make a pair of beetle pajamas myself. ^^
I give you kudos on making a pair yourself, though, even if they didn't turn out exactly the way you wanted.

wow finding a white suit and a pink top at the good will. wow that is a very good find. good job at painting on the black stripes. and thank you, yeah i tryed my very best at making the beetlejuice pajamas. I went to a fabric store and bought a basic sewing paper pattern of a pair of pajamas that teaches you how to make basic pajama pants and top. i also bought pink and red fabric and then i tryed to follow the pattern. it was like putting together a puzzle with the different fabric pieces that i cut out and had to sew together. it was fun and i do like my beetlejuice beetle pink and red pajamas even if i did mess up on the collar, i still like them. and when you do try and make your beetlejuice pink pajamas with the red cartoon beetles on it, good luck and have fun.

Aw, thanks! ^^ Having poltergeist abilities would really be bad ass - I could just drop in, show up in people's mirrors, or appear to others as random, striped objects.
