Completing the trifecta of characters I had never heard of until I saw somebody else draw them (the first two are Mr. Stevenson and Hakkun) this one was from fryguy64 who did a picture of eShop characters a few years ago: www.deviantart.com/fryguy64/ar…

This little fellow stood out to me so I checked him out myself. He's from the game Spotto! (or, if you're a highly intelligent European, "Bird & Bombs" because otherwise we simply wouldn't understand) and it's a basic Gorilla style game, but pretty fun for what it is and the main character is quite charming!
A couple of those one-off eShop games did get spirits in Ultimate, which is a nice accolade.

CONTEST

I've had a few guesses already and I feel like I'm tricking you people but I swear I'm not! I'm going to take a risk and say three more things about it:

1: Remember this isn't a Smash speculation project!
2: I almost never go for the obvious characters!
3: Have as many guesses as you want.

(Prizes will be single character monochrome drawings only. I should have said that before but I realise not everybody will have seen my last contest. Hopefully it won't be too time-consuming if I get twenty right answers!)
