I was sketching in Chem Study today and this is what I came up with. At first it was just the tentacle body, but I decided it needed a head, and Ariel's was perfect for it. Maybe... she was dressing up as Ursula for halloween? I dunno, maybe it's just one of thoes pictures that can't be explained.Edit: I decided to shade it a little bit like they do in Disney movies, and I made her suction things darker. o.0

Maybe Ursula decided she was tired of looking like she does and decided to change shape again.
Always bothered me that she could actually make herself more attractive in the film but only ever did it for some evil plot.

To answer your question, I'm pretty sure Ursula is completely satisfied with her erm...large...body. She is entirely too selfish to even consider the notion that she would be unattractive to anyone. She completely owns up to who she is. She even calls herself a witch! One of the many reasons she is my favorite Disney Villain
