I absolutely love this piece. It's hard and cold, and warm and soft at the same time. Desperate while still relaxed. It's a strange moment you captured but you did it beautifully.

Hmm....It's an awesome picture, but her mouth and her nose are a little too far apart. I have no clue if it was like that in the original picture that you were provided with, but is she were to stand up and look at you head-on, then it would seem as though her nose was too short for her face, giving her a very camel-esque look.
The details in her arm are just lovely, and the dragon engraved onto her finger was a good touch. It adds personality.
I hope you don't mind the critique. So many people hate it, but if I see the critique welcome thing I go right ahead. Sorry if it bothers you or offends you in any manner.
