nice character design. All the cool colors go well with the somber expression on her face, and the red-brown-y colors contrast without being too conspicuous. Very nice ^_^

I love:
The hair-
it's not only blue but it curls and twists kinda like smoke or something, (cool beads too!) it looks very beautiful and goes along with the somber expression
The expression-
the face is lovely, like one of those sad girl in contemplation, paintings. I love the skin tones and the detail on the shading/lighting, lip color and eyes.
The tattoo-
although it's small it's slowly creeping up on her neck. I like the funked out intertwining vine-ish tattoos, reminds me of the picture of your hand.
All and all excellent job. I love your art.
