Description
This is for the contest. You're supposed to invent Eevee's preevolution, and here's mine. I think I might either call him/her Vee or Eve, I'm not sure yet.This took about 2+hrs on Paint Shop Pro 7. And the first time I finished it, it got deleted D:< so I had to redo it. Iy's not as good, but still good. ....right?
