Description WOW this took a longgggggg time. oh well. you'll notice my friend togekiss here is basically floating next to the sun. i'll add a background layer with clouds and stuff maybe. sometime in this century. sorry, i'm obsessed with naruto right now, not pokemon. *is lazy* the lineart sucks. because i scanned the pencil lineart and added effects to get it the best i could. which obviously isnt very good.

i think it'd look more full with the clouds, so yeah. if you want to, sure.

and i mean by the angle, just you drew it from the front...i expected it to be drawn from the side like a lot of togekiss pictures i've seen but this is a new way i've seen it done, and it's nice.
