I can't stop looking at this piece. Hesitated to write an "OMG YOU'RE SO AWESOME" comment on it because I could do that for all your work, but this one... I've been playing a Mage: The Awakening campaign for about nine months now that incorporates a lot of elements from Changeling as well. Pretty much every element of this painting with the exception of the bird-headed men maps to something special from the campaign. And of course it's absolutely gorgeous. You capture the fae folk better than anyone else I've ever seen.

I have a 16 month old, and I'm 6 months pregnant with another little monkey. I think it was at least 3 months after my daughter was born before I managed to do a new painting! How on earth do you do it?! I don't think I'll get another painting done this year once there's two of them running around here!!! Well, one running and one just lying there being demanding!

Well, I've only done one painting in the past 6 weeks. But I have still gotten a lot of ink drawings done. Those are easier since I don't have to sit at my desk to actually work on them.

That's still very impressive! I hope it's all going very well. I find when we're having a bad day (mine turns into an evil doppelganger when she's teething) I just remind myself that she'll be in school one day and then I'll be able to paint for hours on end. I know when it happens I'll miss her hugely!
