honestly i wasnt really going to go in depth with this but within the process of this painting i kind of realized how important every single person around me is. Even the people that get on my nerves lol. To everyone that has supported me, thank you.

This is probably one of my favorite Kubo fanarts out there. Everything about it captures the feel of the movie. The colors and the way they gradually change from light to dark; the gorgeous patterns typically of Japanese fabrics; the power of Kubo's music and love he spreads with his stories and tunes; the overwhelming warmth that makes the Moon King's cold domain pale in comparison; the hands of the dead villagers lifting Kubo up to help him fight; and to top it all off, the hands that touch Kubo directly appear to belong to Sariatu herself.Β 

There is so much emotion in this piece. Help my heeeaaaartttt
