haven't drawn vampires for ages! (well, one month is like a century for me!) and today i was looking through the comic book Guilty Pleasures...well, i expected Jean-Claude to be more... gm, noticeable? anyway, somehow i got really inspired and made this..i guess quick sketch. May be their poses are a bit..not natural but i spent only an hour on the whole thing so there was no time to try hard. I just stood before the mirror for some time figuring out how to put them (hands! well, that was hard but i managed somehow..again thanks to the mirror!)I guess that's all i can say about this spontaneous piece. Hope u'll like it!
oh, and both of them are the precious characters of L.K.Hamilton's saga about Anita Blake (and many-many-many others)

oh, i totally support the idea! and the Killing Dance is one of the best book (well, obviously...we've been waiting for IT to happen! yay!) hah, but there will be so many interesting moments so keep reading and don't afraid - Richard won't be too much of a favourite! ^_^

yeah, getting rid of that stupid Richard was simply A MUST! He got on everybody's nerves but i have to say that he will appear in practically all books which is very annoying cuz he will come only to mess everything up ^_^ as always! so vampires will be the winners! (and not only them...)

thanks^_^ well, if you look at it a bit closer you will see how inaccurate some parts are (like her hands which are done not with the pen tool and that's why the linework looks...well, ugly^_^) so really it's just something spontaneous

на Demiart должен быть туториал на русском! точно видела! он,конечно, не дает исчерпывающей информации, но основы там даны, а до остального можно дойти!
редко-то редко, но хорошего же ведь по-немного?иначе оно уже не будет таки хорошим. Кроме того, я слишком долго жила без цветовой гаммы в своих работах, так что сейчас пытаюсь все же раскрашивать свои творения! ^_^

да, я нашла пару. и даже пробовала использовать это. но то ли не понимаю концепции, то ли руки не из того места растут. не могу этим инструментом пользоваться
так что пока обвожу вручную, перышком ^__^ а потом можно и корректировать
да, в твоем случае уместна фраза "редко но метко" ))))
все же цветные работы смотрятся интереснее.
но не волнуйся, твои фанаты буду любить все варианты!

в большинстве случаев я пользуюсь просто фотошопом, но иногад комбинирую...пэйнтер мне достался лицензионный вмесете с вакомом, так что совесть гложет им совсем не пользоваться. Редактор не плохой, и в некотром плане у него больше возможностей,чем у фотошопа (мне больше нравится пэйнтеровский "палец", чем фотошопный - мягче работает
