Today is my sister's birthday, so we got her a unicorn cake because it's unique. Just to clarify, this was purchased at our local grocery store, so I cannot provide the recipe for this (unlike most of my other food stuff) -- I can, however, mention that it is a two-layer cake. The inside is two different colors; the top half is purple, and the bottom layer is blue, and the cake itself tastes like vanilla with non-dairy whipped icing. The purple things on top are part of the cake's original design, and it was my mom's idea to add some gummy unicorns that we got at the candy store here in town. Some of it has already been sliced and eaten after this picture was taken, and it was quite delicious. I bet any unicorn enthusiast would love to have this for their birthday! 😁
