Description
So my ambition behind customizing these figs has driven me to attempt this transformation. I find the result most satisfactory.I like Grunt and everything, but... Wrex, man.

Glad you like it! Yeah, I was pretty disappointed myself, hence the effort to make one.
If you supplied the figure, Wrex would be a $60 job for the time/effort/supplies that would have to go into it. If I had to get the figure, tack on another $15-$20 depending on what kind of deal I could get. So long as you're in the US/Canada, shipping is included. What materials do you use for creating these? and how did you learn how to make them did you go to college? or are you self taught?

I use sculpting tools to shave down things I don't want in the final product, and a hobbyist sculpting putty called "green stuff" to build up skull plates, jowls, whatever's needed. Then I paint the results until I'm happy with the whole thing.
With regard to modifying action figures I'm self-taught; my degree is in Literature.

good job. I was thinking the do up my figure. I find Grunt somehow so 'baby face' almost cute what not so Krogan. Your work shows a cool Krogan ready what ever comes in its way.

Yeah, Grunt is definitely baby-ish for a seven foot tall warrior dude. His unformed skull plates and his lack of a real snout make him look pretty young by comparison. Wrex is definitely an aged badass and if I got any part of that to come across in this fig, then I am very happy indeed.
