Part of the Let's Play Persona project, it's Tim aka NintendoCapriSun with his Persona, Chronos! He represents the Star arcana. (Hur hur, green Star reference.)Chronos is, judging by the name and its resemblance to modern terms such as "chronological" or "anachronistic", was the personification of time itself. Too lazy to explain more, but as the time motif applies, I felt it appropriate for NCS as a lot of his LPs feature time travel in some fashion.
Design-wise, I unfortunately didn't take many of NCS's LPs into account...though Chronos kind of resembles Zant if you look at him the right way, and his pendulum is a direct reference to the Chrono Trigger logo.
In battle, Chronos would probably use stat buffs and debuffs mostly, along with a few Bufu (ice-elemental) spells...maybe the Megido (almighty, or basically a weakened all-out attack) line. His regular attacking weapon would be short staffs...and his starting weapon would be a toilet plunger. Y'know, IN THE BATH-ROOM~!

I blended all the colors with a white colored pencil. And don't worry, I've actually seen much worse from native English speakers.

Huh...makes me wonder just what the heck his Shadow would say to his personality (I mean, from seeing his videos, he seems to be the most relaxed and laid-back, letting very little get to him).
That aside, I think you can get away with making a few original buffs and debuffs for your series, something like a Haste or Stop/Slow once you get the naming convention down. Now with that, as you have said that this is going to be based on Persona 4 (somewhere here...I have to look for it again), Tim would be Naoto's equivalent (In terms of skill and what not). Would he be an early or mid-way joining member, given his skill set? I like the staffs as a weapon concept...tho maybe the Toilet Plunger should be saved as the joke weapon, in my opinion.

I dunno, I'm probably not going to include the main character's Shadows in the LP Persona project. I figure the different areas would be based more on things that are known that they have regretted doing (or not doing, in some cases), either that or bad memories/backlash.
Yeah, I guess I could try something like that. ^_^ I actually haven't gotten anyone's team join time down except for the original protagonist and support character (first two), chugga (very early, probably first non-OC), and myself (later, so as not to seem like a Mary Sue and hog the action from everyone else).
