So we continue with the theme of me being a coward.I have found that in the later days, when the chance of the Tree Guards spawning is really high, a good strategy is to feed the pigs and get them to chop the trees for you, that way the Tree Guard will agro on the pigs instead of you. Than since you've been picking up the logs and pine cones dropped by the pig's wood chopping you just rapidly plant pine cones in order to hopefully pacify the Guard.
You known, instead of just fighting and killing the thing myself. XD

Actually, I let the tree gaurds go at it, and reap the rewards. Eventually the Gaurd dies, but always takes some pigs with it. Pork dinner tonight!

Once I came upon a pig village that was being over run by a FOREST of tree guards. Β Seriously, their were at least a dozen of them. It was quite the show, to say the least. Β Let's just say the forest won that battle and I got looots of pork.Β

This is hilarious. Β What's really great is the fact that the game mechanics make it a plausible course of action.

When those Tree Guards go and attack pigs I usually just hang around and pick up the pig's meat!

I usually have to much of a conscience to not at least TRY to help the pigs, but if the Tree-Guard manages to kill them all then I'll pick up the meat, we don't want it to go to waste!Β
