Sorry about the fuzz. Im having a hard time finding the right material for this arena. This was supposed to look like granite I think, but I couldn't get the grain size any bigger, so it came out as fuzz.
Ill work on that.
I swear my laptop has a mind of its own. For the last two nights in a row, it has updated and restarted itself even after I shut it down and closed the lid. I did lose some progress in a render because of the restart, but other than that its okay. I got Internet Explorer 10 out of it (please no comments on which internet server is better, you have yours and I have mine). But Ive had to manually shut it down twice now because it was in this 'retard' stage where it wouldn't do anything. I guess it gets overloaded with the nothing that's going on? No idea, just some weird activity recently.

That map is neutral for me; either I rock or I get blown to bits, there is no 'okay' game there.

lol, same. im good at moving around corners but i get hit in the front alot by the ones straight across. either side of the platform between the inside ramps.

yup yup. I mean, i play more battlefield now than any other game. and ive been getting better at my other games too after comming back from battlefield 3.

Mind of it's own eh? My laptop has started doing something very similar; randomly turning itself on and booting up in the middle of the night. Even when I put it in hibernate or sleep, it decides to boot up from scratch cancelling my saved sessions. No error messages or reports for it though, it's odd. :/

That's what mine does. I put it to sleep and close the lid, and Ill wake up hearing the fans running. All of my opened programs will be closed (but then it tries to open all of the internet windows back up. Its laggy when it does that). And then it says, "updates were installed" and that's it.

Mine said nothing about updates, but I did have to do a complete reinstall recently due to having been using it with an essentially "failed" hard drive. I'm still using the hard drive, although it's very unstable, needs to be kept warm or it stops working... I thought the "turning-on" thing had stopped to, but it did it the other night after a few weeks of nothing weird.
I dunno what's causing it, but I would say check your hard drive and other hardware.

I think mine is just updates. There was one for internet explorer 10 and then an update the next night for security on IE 10. So it was just two updates in a row.

there's somewhere you can disable that, but I don't recall where. you should see if it does it at the same times each day, if it does then it's easy enough to disable it. if not you may just have a joker virus. my old computer has one that makes the disk tray go nuts when I open it.

Yeah, I have been playing with the shader mixer and getting a little better at it in the process. Im sure this would have looked fine if the grain was just a bit bigger.
