I have a question.

Just curious, but how do the jaw hinges work? How does the chin move the jaw up and down, and do they really open that wide in the picture?

Heh, well, funny thing is I have no time on my hands at all - I do this for a living, and it's all I do.
The hinges are pretty simple. It's just a single-point hinge; the jaw opens whenever the wearer opens his or her mouth, since their chin presses on a chinrest, and pushes the mouth open. Elastic (which I have not yet inserted) holds the mouth closed most of the time.
They don't open as wide when they are done, mostly because the fur would be very in the way, and the human mouth probably can't open far enough.

It must be a very fun living too, especially when you get on camera (I saw the youtube video of you wearing the costume in your avatar, it was awesome watching the head mask in action).

They're all so unique, it's craze.XD What's that one in the top right hand corner going to be? The one with the blue eyes. They almost look like they're glowing...
All of the jaw hinges seem so uniform! I don't dare ask what they are, I don't want you to give away any of you secrets.

It'll be a theatrical rat mask. The eyes do have some pearlescent pigment in them, so they reflect light.
The jaw hinges are no secret - they're cast resin, same as the masks and the horns and such. The blanks have premade sockets for them, which I add while I'm sculpting the blanks.

That's pretty much it right there - the resin hinges are the majority of it. In the end I'll add a strip of elastic to each side.
