Wow, awesome job! The amount of detail in the clothing, especially in the shirt, is incredibly realistic. I really like how you've shaded the hair, the highlights and shadows are very accurate. I think the bump in her hair might be a little bit too big, but that's just my opinion. I love that you've placed her against a wooden background, it provides a nice set for her to be on and it's doesn't detract from the figure!

One thing you could work on is making the skin color more consistent throughout the piece. You done an awesome job shading the skin and making it look realistic, but the skin on different parts of her are different colors. For example, the her face is much lighter than her left arm. Just something to be conscious of Great work overall!

Looks really good, the only thing that could use some improvement is the hair, it looks a bit too regular and smooth, which isn't the real behavior of hair.

Apart from that, looks almost like a photo!
