***Well, this is basically a combination of two linearts I decided to color today out of boredom. I was also seeing how well I could make sky and clouds. Overall I think it looks pretty nice, and Im satisfied with it. Although, since lugia is mostly white, its a bit difficult to see where shading and what not are placed.
