A quick little drawing of Yukino Miyazawa and Souichiro Arima from Kare Kano. Kare Kano is one of those series that makes me sit there and cry like an idiot every time. Dammit all. I should probably draw something better of these two since this series is so lovely.And yes, I am aware that those sunflowers would never be able to support themselves with such flimsy little stalks. Shh. Also, lack of detail in everything = hurghhhhh not good.

Yes, if you ever get fundage and time to watch it, I highly recommend it. Unless you're a sap like me, in which case, the series will make you a weepy mess.

The sad thing is though, that there isn't a lot of Kare Kano fanart. Which is a tragic thing. Ohh, Miyazawa has some really cute dresses in the manga. I wanted to steal one of them for the drawing, but I couldn't find any pictures to use.

I love the comedy in this show the most. But when its a serious Tsubasa episode I get so emotional. ;3; In a very good way! Even though the music was very simple it made me want to weep plenty of times. I get touched in a very sentimental way ; o ;
I still dont like the idea that arima and yukino like each other ;___; Yukino is too smart to stay with such a punkface! I think my problem is that arima feels like he should be in another show. Hes such an angsty eva character. and all the other characters are so great that he just makes me go ughhh. I think I should read more of the manga and maybe I would like him better. NOW THAT I AM DONE BLABBING ;______; this is an absolutly adorable picture!!! I really love how the background looks with the picture and colors :3 Yukinos face is really cute too! OH PLEASE do more fanart! you would make such lovely fanart ;3;

There should have been more serious Tsubasa episodes. The one with her step brother made me all teary. And the music! The music is the main reason why I get so damn weepy when I watch that show.
And yes, Arima and Yukino is kinda odd in a way, because she's so goofy and fun loving and he's very serious. Although, there are times when I like him, like when Asapin had that photo of Arima when he was little, and Miyazawa wanted it and right away shoved it in her bra, and Arima got all embarassed and cute. But yes, compared to all the other lovely characters, he's kinda...bleh.
And don't worry about the mouth! I like to talk to Zambie too, so it's all good. Kisskiss!

It's a very sweet show. It's one of those shows that gives you a lovely warm fuzzy feeling without being overly sugary and lame.

Oh man I have the first two volumes in japanese because when I was into karekano, it hadn't been licensed yet... and when it was licensed, so many people got into it and I ran away screaming.
That Arima is ADORABLE. God. And they're making hearts at eachother! AW! I really like Yukino's legs.

Did a lot of people get into it when it got licensed? The only reason why I saw it was because someone gave me all the DVDs and it took me MONTHS to finally watch past the first disc.

It's one of the few love stories I actually enjoy, because the characters don't act like idiots at all times, like in other anime love stories.
