now for another of my top favorite Skeksis. this is the treasurer SkekShod. he is quiet most of the time due to great difficulty communicating, so he usually 'communicates' through bribes >
. i think the headkerchief over the back of his head makes him look quite cute : ), makes him easy to spot in a crowd. I also cant help but think it looks like he has a broken nose/beak. Picture compilation (c) me

According to the Creation Myths, there's a reason why he's always mumbling- SkekSo the Emperor hit the back of his head so hard that it likely caused permanent brain damage...yeesh.

He really needed more dialogue. He's one of the most interesting and enigmatic characters.

There's a good reason for SkekShod's lack of speech, apparently. The Emperor that proceeded SkekUng apparently struck SkekShod so hard it caused brain damage. So from there on in, SkekShod used bribery to speak the volumes he could not vocalize himself.
