that's truly awesome! i like the skull-like shell on its back and the hive chin thing, and the legs are quite interesting to look at. it looks really great!

Well Sciopius (I have no clue if im spelling that right) gave me same basic information, wooden death mask, obsidian rocks, useless arms/legs, and tendrils for mobility. From there I drew this guy up.

A beautiful creation! I love the thin arms and the holey chest-area-thing. The mask/face fits this odd creature so well.

I'm the requester. Anyway, as an explanation to where it's face is... It doesn't have one. But it has an eye like organ located in the chest. The death mask is more or less designed to draw fire towards the heavily armored face and not the soft, weak chest.
If your also wondering how it would eat, those arms are actually covered in backwards curving spikes, that act as harpoons, spearing metal or organic objects, using acids to disslove the insides, suck those inside the arm, and then absorb the remaining mass.

Design: Mixture of a vespid Torso, with a mammal like skull and limb stubs. Fungus has formed jellyfish like fungal tentacles from this limb stubs, acting as vestigal wings/limbs, and enable it to capture prey, also should have a lot of decaying features and alien technology in it's design. It should also not be land bound.
