Well, the artist who made original was nicknamed Sky, the original itsself was named Fluticasone. Since this stencil was based upon that, I found it inappropriate give it a name myself, and I though Sky would sound better than Fluticasone.

To be honest, the background colour is on a separate sheet, so the image itself is just two colours.
