So, in reality, if you do really give birth to twins, you're gonna call them Vanessa and April as well?
I believe it is quite logical to make them green-coloured, after all, albinoism is a recessive allele...

I don't think that it'd be possible for them to come from the same egg from a creature that's not a mammal... you could let bird or reptile eggs hatch under supervision for years and you'd never get two babies in one egg. You could get twins from division of one egg into two (I think), but you wouldn't get two from one egg unless they're siamese twins (which they quite clearly aren't). Not to mention that if they were from the same egg, they'd be identical twins and they'd both have the spots.
