Wow, I love the colors! But hey, quick question. How'd you put the COMMISSION layer on this? Mine always look really weird. Was there a certain filter you used?
But on a side note, I'm thinking of doing a character design project. You interested? It's not terribly important, I just thought it would be fun to do. Stick a story line in afterwards and whatnot.

I put the COMMISSION over and over on a layer above the work. Then I flipped that layer to "soft light" and then I tinkered the Opacity down a ton so its subtle but still there!
