With apologies to any of my followers who are arachnophobic.

Amber is ABSOLUTELY the kind of puppy who's fascinated by new things, and who would in her curiosity stick her nose far closer into them than would be advisable. Fortunately for her, when she finds this cluster of spider webs, their inhabitants aren't of a dangerous kind... and one of them seems just as curious about her as she is about them!

The spiders in question are based on the one that's been chilling on the outside of my bedroom window for the past month, since it was the easiest reference I had to hand. Though only too late it did occur to me that, since Landon and Amber's story is nominally set in the States, I should have referenced an American species of spider rather than a British one...

I think out of this picture, the thing I'm most happy with is how the webs turned out; they were pretty cool to do ^^
