As much as I love Marvel, (and believe you, me, I f---ing LOVE Marvel), and besides the fact that even the real trailer that just came out still looked kind of like a fan-made trailer, I try not to have to much bias towards DC beforehand. Still, I am leaning towards the opinion that you are still probably right...

And you're forgot something that the deviation shows: Marvel pretends to do a second Avengers movie in 2015. But the problem is that they make Tony Stark left the Iron Man work in "Iron Man 3". Also, I didn't see "Captain America: Winter Soldier" but I figure that Marvel left Captain America very shocked for the fact that Winter Soldier IS Bucky Barnes. I see too difficult to make an Avengers movie with that perspectives. And other thing that you mention: The Flash and Green Lantern rumors. These areΒ rumors, we don't know anything about it, so we have to wait for DC announcement of casting characters that will add to "World's Finest" checked characters and don't make stupid speculations.
Finally, one advice: Batman vs. Superman isn't World's Finest. We have to get used to it.Β Β

The joke with the Avengers saying "2015" is a parody of the general reaction everyone has over The Avengers. Claiming DC can't do decent movies "like the Avengers"
and you're right about that last part. It's not going to be World's Finest......sadly.

That's the gag, the hype surrounding the second film (which I don't think the movie will live up to)

Probably you're right, but if Marvel see that a second movie gives them enough earnings they will try to do it. To be honest, that's the only reason that makes DC and Marvel make superhero movies, the earnings. If now drama movies were popular, we will invaded by drama movies. When the superhero movies business ends, we wouldn't see a superhero movie again...

Hey, very good, and yeah, I think it will be a great movie, and Diana, even if just in a cameo role, will be a nice touch.

DC has done a good job with its animated movies and shows...up until when they cancelled Young Justice and started focusing in more child friendly materials-I don't mind some funny comedy focused material but YJ had a lot of potential for a third season after the decline in the second. I think they managed to bounce back with Man of steel, which I think j was a good portrayal of a fresh and inexperienced Supes.
Admittedly Marvel has the head start in them with this, but I think that the decision to bring in Wonder Woman could help ease DC's way into a Justice League film. Now if they did go for it the it would be easy to bring in Ryan Reynolds as Green Lantern and tie that film into this-his acting itself wasn't bad in that movie so it's what I would pick. After that they have four of the spots for a JL film and just need the Martian Man hunter, Flash and possibly Aqua Man. The they could have a big time villain to face, somebody less powerful than Darkseid but still strong enough to be a definite threat to the League like Mongul Or Brainiac.
If they manage to do it right, give Wonder Woman her moment in the spotlight like in Batman/Superman: Apocalypse then it could work. All they need is a believable way to bring her in, which could depend on the villain. Or maybe they could rethink this and go from World's finest to a movie called DC's Trinity or something like that so all three heroes could have their moments without any fans complaining about one or the other having too small a part in it.
Personally I think they will somehow pull it off, but I know that no matter what people will bitch and complain and say things like a character was butchered or the plot sucked. It's time like that which make me wonder if it would have been better if we never had a movie industry to begin with since it brings out the most immature parts of people when they get to debating these things. As for me, I'm just going to try and enjoy whatever the movie comes out as.

Sadly the same could be said for any industry.
Good read and I agree with you.

I just know that the Justice League movie will suck. Can you name any good DC movie made in the last 10 years that is not Batman (I would also say Man of Steel, but I might be the only person that likes that movie)?Β

Me too. It's probably the only good DC film that is not Batman.Β
