It feels like that when I move it around...ha ha.
Actually it's made up of a lot of styrafoam for an armature.
I shaped it as closely as I could with the styrafoam first and then added the clay.
I did end up using more than I normally would though....probably 200 lbs. or so.
This is actually a soft tan clay from J-Mac.
I use it for all my large pieces...
