I obsess over pictures of F-16s. My wallpaper (on my Win7 PC) is a slideshow of about 100 of the best F-16 photos on the internet. I sometimes find myself staring at a picture for 5 minutes at a time, just admiring the beautiful details of the plane. The small curves, minor details... thinking about what each part does, and the design of the machine.
And you know what? This is beautiful, and amazingly impressive. It's truly beautiful that someone still puts this much time into drawing out the breathtaking details of this plane. I guess this is just a really long way to say...

Believe me, while my plane will always be the F-22 (deep connection), the F-16 will always be my fav plane to draw. the smooth curves (like you say) and just the superb design is truly a work of art. You aren't crazy to love it as much as you do, because its just that beautiful

I can see where you are hard on yourself for it, but don't be. Most folks won't notice much, especially if they aren't aircraft nuts like us... Besides, its taken me forever and I still don't have my artwork to perfection! We are own worse critics!
