I say he's a god of neutrality, because Lugia originally was the keeper of balance in the world, but he leaned more toward a good balance than an evil one, and XD001 is evil, so blended together... a neutral balance-keeper. Uh... yeah.
Since XD001 looks like a Heartless Lugia, you should do a fusion of it with your Nobody Lugia. That would be awesome. Who knows whether it would be good or evil...?

Hmm I'm beginning to like that Neutral idea. (Though the idea of a multi personality Lugia sounds bizzarly cool xD). Yeah Lugia ended up = Good and XD001 = Evil. The Fusion = Neutral. It just needs a name now xD
