John Zoidberg is a specialist in alien medicine, physiology, and healing. A shame most of his patients are human. Armed with barely a child's level understanding of how the human body works leads him to malpractice after malpractice, leaving him in perpetual filth and poverty. Granted, he likes at least one of those things. In combat, he's a menace with his decapodian physiology, his shell is thick and durable and his claws can slice through thin metals and flesh with ease.

Chazzzzz is a psychiatrist at the Twinkletown Insane Asylum. He's also a patient at the same asylum, and his credentials as a doctor or an orderly are dubious at best. Always ready with a passive-aggressive barb and working a plethora of jobs that ensure he's always too close for comfort, Chazz is ready to drive people crazy just as readily as he'll help them towards health and sanity. He has a machete on hand in case inmates get rowdy and is always ready for a bit of friendly stabbing.
