Great: but how did you do this without overexposing the sun?

raumzeit In reply to teaKnikal [2004-04-12 16:59:29 +0000 UTC]

actually the bright spot isn't the sun, it's just a street light...

raumzeit In reply to ottoman42 [2004-04-07 10:47:02 +0000 UTC]

take a cam, set it to long exposure (10 sek or so), run around and wave a torch until the shot is over!! thats it!!

ottoman42 In reply to raumzeit [2004-04-07 15:18:01 +0000 UTC]

how did you remove the body of someone running around?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

raumzeit In reply to ottoman42 [2004-04-08 21:01:06 +0000 UTC]

well if you don't stop and move continuously you will not be recorded, because you're just too fast for the sensor!!

Thanks for the tip but doesn't that depnd on your camera and shutter speed?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

raumzeit In reply to ottoman42 [2004-04-12 17:12:48 +0000 UTC]

oh yeah, of course, but just start with for example 10 seconds and a aperture of say 8 and have a look at the result. then play with the shutterspeed. if it is too bright go for less if too dark more...

of course it all depend on the whole light conditions. bt just try. i had to too...

raumzeit In reply to HollowEmotions [2004-03-17 21:30:49 +0000 UTC]

you take a cam set it to a long exposure time like 10 seconds. just try different apertures and see what kind of effects it generates

How did no people get in the shot? Did you throw the light?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

raumzeit In reply to toastypk [2004-02-22 18:15:18 +0000 UTC]

nope, if you move constantly, you're motions are not beeing recorded, because you're too fast to reflect enough light to have effects on the picture.

I can't help but think of a minature alien of some kind bouncing around the rocks. It starts on the right. Bounces up into the air and does some kind of power up where the yellow light is. Then bounces around like a hyper active frog before finaly blinking out on the left. I like it. The only thing I can think of is that perhaps the sky is a bit light, or too pinky in compared to the light.
