this was just tooo much!! hills full of white virgin powder and no slopes!! a dream came true.my friend "ebi" who hasen't got an account on DA shot this one with my cam. thanks a lot for the support and fun!!! he also choose the tour on the " mutteristock" (2200m) and it was just awesome!!
taken on the way down from the summit where i shot forgotten red !

Magnificent work. Just the fact that either you or the camera managed to meter the picture so well is highly admirable. Most cameras find it hard in snowy situations. The shutter speed chosen was absolutely necessary in order to catch that snow flying up, and the expression on the boarders face is brilliant. I can feel the exhilaration. I also love the detail captured, from the fine flakes of snow to the shadow detail on the hills. Technically brilliant, this has to go on my shoutboard.

FUCKING HELL! Why didn't I see this earlier? Man .. there is so much action going on in this picture it's just crazy and your facial expression shows how much fun you had at that moment .. amazing.
A slight downpoint for me is that the sky is a tad bit unsharp and the trees somehow look threatening.
But oh well who cares .. you won't look there anyways

allerdings. Aber eigentlich koennen wir uns nicht beschweren, dieses Jahr war der Schnee wieder traumhaft. Wobei man fuer wirklich unberuehrten Tiefschnee doch recht weit laufen oder sehr frueh aufstehen muss.
