Ah, no, thank you. I am not the type of person that groups up with others. If someone sees that tutorial, well they can use it as they deem right, but I ususally do not promote my stuff that much

No thank you. In the end, I might get a ton of messages and club related stuff which I have to time to handle lol. And it would not feel alright to just ignore all the messages.
However, you can link to the tutorial with an explicit disclaimer about that I will not participate in club activities. That way, others can profit, too.

Actually, you don't have to partake in club activities in many clubs, in order to submit anything. I know the Manga Hospital just gathers tutorials, because that's why they exist.
