Fleur Delacour from the Harry Potter series.

This is one of many attempts on my part to capture Fleur’s "Veela-ness", the idea being that I wanted her to look slightly unhuman without giving her any bizarre alien features. As far as I can tell from the books, the main thing that sets Veela apart is their silvery glow, which is difficult to achieve with pencils. Add to this that she’s only part Veela, and it starts getting tricky. Please don’t ask what she’s lying on. I don’t know. It’s a backdrop, meant to be accepted and never questioned.
