When I install it, it will keep saying upgrading CMS for hours. I called and the woman talked me through it but it still was doing it. She suggested reformatting the computer and reinstalling it then.

Oh no - I've looked for "CMS update error DAZ Studio" on Google and lots of people are having the same problem
I know this sounds silly but have you tried an older version of DAZ Studio?
The CMS problem looks like it's something to do with the Content Library.Β Unfortunately the Content Library has become very complicated in the new versions
Before you reformat your entire computer, try to only reformat the DAZ Studio settings.
There are lots of people online with CMS problems so I hope you can find a solution
