Blockbuster/Mark Desmond of Earth-256Mark Desmond was an scientist of S.T.A.R.Labs, who worked on the creation of an experimental serum that increases human physical strength and endurance. His haste and selfish desires forced him to test the serum on himself, which turned him into a giant strong but dumb monster. He was destroying the streets of Metropolis until Superman stopped him.
