Type: Forest/Armor
- Povta is the secondary stage of Potus, one of the three starters in Soutria. Not gaining too much in size from its prior stage, Povta has gained a secondary Armor typing. Still capable of sharpening its armored paws and protecting its own head with the hard casing. Povta now has a longer tail that acts as an electrical conductor for static and other various electrical forms, using this tail Povta is able to gain a map-like surrounding of its area from food sources down to Evomon in the area. Very elusive in the wild due to this, researchers haven't been able to document much on wild Povta but have learned from domestic Povta. Despite their tail acting as a radio signal, this tail is actually soft to the touch as people have felt a tingly feeling from it.
