Just a dumb little comicky thing I sketched up at the office.I was listening to the song "Nightfall" by the power metal band, Blind Guardian.
Memories of a Time to Come is one of the most amazing power metal albums I've ever listened too. I just started DRAWING!

i am.... not extremely fond of this music, but it has a nice cool metal/hardcore rock musical vibe into it, so thats good!

After reading this, I got this mental image of Twilight at the helm of a giant robot with a screamin' shitload of ludicrous, ridonckulous firepower, pounding away at an army of enemy mecha, kaiju, and--what the hell--Daleks.Β This made me very, very happy.Β I was listening to Nightfall at the time.Β

Oh my god I love this so much. When I saw the title in my deviantart watch I immediatly startet singing, not knowing the comic was actually about that song. (Seriouslly, I can't read/hear the word "nightfall" and not burst out "niiiiii-iiiight faaaaa-aaaaall".)
But I must say... Memories of a Time to Come? Not the original Nightfall in Middle Earth? Shame on you!
