--Illustration Graduating Portfolio--The final retooled version of this image.
This would be the cover for a book that is all about a certain awesome goddess in Nor.
She's cool...but the image is meant to be powerful on its own as well.
It's about all the things that it reminds you of...
Womanhood, lunacy, hunting, tribalness, etc.
Since it is about a goddess and not something totally tangible, I intentionally made the space and imagery pretty surreal...ie. the 'flat' wolf's head, which also kind of looks like a headdress, etc.
