Description This was a commission for Josh Eder. Josh, sorry it took a while to get it done, but here it is!

It's actually the second time I've done a Tidus/Yuna piece, but the last time was about seven years ago...time flies.

Strangely enough, while I like the look and designs of FF X, I've--big shock here--never played the game! I gotta correct that....

This was traditional all the way. It was done in blue pencil, but scanned as a grayscale image.

Enjoy and comment...

The more I look at this, the more I feel jealous of your artistic talent. This is one of my favorite RPG's out there, the others being Dragon Quest VIII and Final Fantasy 7. However, I think that Tidus' hair is a little short and Yuna's smile is a little unnatural.

Aw man, no need to be jealous...believe me, there are others who have a helluva lot more ability than me!

I didn't play much FF X, but I really liked the designs, and I couldn't pass this opportunity up. I did notice the weird aspect of Yuna's smile _after_ it was done and sent off, and I do have a few gripes with it too, but happily enough, the client I did this for liked it a lot. If they're happy, then I'm happy too.

Thanks again for the kind words...and for liking this.

Hah! Thanks...but this is actually the second or third time I've drawn them both. I will admit that this one, though is the best.

Well...thank you so much for that. But there are quite a few artists at DA where I look at _them_ and say, "I wish I could draw half as good as them!!"

Honestly, though, it's just plugging away at it and that takes time. Believe me, I just about gag when I see old work of mine--it's all wrong and badly drawn.
