So....reasons I did this:
1. Killing time as the art block still persists, keeping me from doing major concepts

2. Trying to do smaller chunks of art, just to make drawing session more varying and less boring

3. Iola's blue color from previous features feels weird after some thoughts

Guess this marks her third appearance in my gallery. Still pertaining her default swimsuit design while I added a short jeans just to showcase a part of her casual attire. Maybe for her tops she will be wearing a short top, but haven't pictured the exact design yet.

Tried this concept as I am kinda inspired with some arts where the character is shown with only small portion of background. Think it helps to keep the focus to the character and also cut the work amount considerably compared to full background. Had more time to practice painting the water surface and it turns out well to my view.
